I know, I know, I'm a little late on this post but it just can't go un-posted.
My brother Jeff bought tickets to the She & Him concert and I almost passed out I was so excited! I'm a lover of all things Zooey Deschanel so I was pretty happy to go to this concert.
(Plus I got to skip school for the night.)
The concert was at Red Butte Gardens which was amazing- I work super close so I took over a blanket around 8:00 AM and asked the girls in front of me to keep me a spot in line in trades for lunch or dinner. They accepted my bribery & I skipped back to work being totally satisfied about being 8th in line. Considering I sat outside in the heat from 3:00pm until the doors opened at 6:45pm, I was wanting good seats.
We ended up FRONT & CENTER at the concert, but we weren't allowed to take any pictures of her or the band on stage. (are you serious??) People were getting their phones taken away, pictures deleted, or were asked to leave the venue. You have no idea how badly I wanted to take a good picture since we were SO close & we both LOVE Zooey!
(It's safe to say Jeff loves her more)

The concert was amazing & so much fun.
There was a total girl brawl right behind us and Jeff & I both ended up with white wine spilled down our backs and on our blankets but whatever.
I totally want to be friends with Zooey.
I also want her flowy perfect hair.
