At our wedding I wanted something other than your typical sign in book.
[.BORING.]
And really..? Like I'd EVER pull out a book full of signatures to look at again.
I wanted something different, something more personal...
SO,
I had turquoise paper tags made and I tied individual strands of twine to them.
These made our Wishing Tree tags.
Instead of a sign in book we had our guests write A Wish for the Bride and Groom to hang in the tree at the entrance to the reception.

I loved this idea.
I took the tags out this week and read all of them again. I love every single one of them!
I individually pinned them in a shadowbox that is hanging in our hallway..

Thank you to everyone who wrote us a wish- we get to read them daily!
Those wishes have become my favorite piece of art,
