Friday Mix-Up

Hey everyone!
Today I thought I would switch things up from my usual Friday Letters!

I wrote a blog post back in March and wanted to re-post it. This has hit home quite a few times lately, and I love the importance of the message behind this.

This post is about judging others.
I love the short video in this- I think it's totally cute!
Have you ever been in a situation like this?
PLEASE Tell me your stories and give me your input!

  3. "No judgment can hurt you when you realize someone is judgmental because it's a reflection of their own insecurities."

Let them judge, Mikell. Let them be disillusioned, Mikell.

There is only ONE judge and we will all have our day.

  4. I love that video.. Except I have dirty laundry AND dirty windows, so judge away! Truly I have learned time and time again that I don't know anything about the mom who is yelling at her kids, or the man who is begging on the street corner. My new philosophy is to love them and say a prayer for them and be a good person in my own way.

PS: I hope you don't mind, I was a copy-cat today and did a "Friday Letters" post on my blog!

  7. I totally concur with the quiet stereotype. I can't tell you how many friends I had tell me that they thought I was uppity when they first met me because I didn't say much. In reality I'm totally shy with people I've never met and I don't want to offend them if I ask the wrong questions etc. anyways it's always a good reminder to give anyone the benefit of the doubt and most importantly not take everything personally.
